The Turkish Grand Prix may return in 2026.

      FIA President Mohammed ben Sulayem hinted at the possible return of the Turkish Grand Prix this season, provided a number of conditions are met – if the Istanbul Park circuit is homologated and another break appears in the calendar. "The race in Qatar can be postponed or moved to a later date. If that doesn't work out, Turkey could host us this year if it completes the homologation process and meets our other needs. We are in communication with the organizers. It's about where we want to go, and we will try to facilitate that, but without putting additional strain on the staff," said the FIA president.
