In Malaysia, information has been refuted that the Bahrain Grand Prix scheduled for the first weekend of October at the Sepang circuit will be a night race. The official schedule for the racing weekend in Malaysia has not yet been published; however, information appeared in the Formula 1 app that the race in Sepang will start at 20:00 local time. Later, the executive director of the racetrack, Azhan Shafriman Hanif, assured that this information is incorrect. "The race will take place during the day, not in the evening," Azhan Shafriman Hanif briefly commented to the local news agency Bernama. According to the Italian publication Auto Racer, the start of the Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia on October 4 is scheduled for 15:00 local time (10:00 Moscow time).
