Graham Loudon explained what attracts people to Cadillac F1.

The people who organized the Cadillac F1 team, who lead and work in it, can certainly be called dreamers, but almost everyone who comes to Formula 1 sets ambitious goals for themselves. And it’s another story that very few manage to achieve them, but that doesn’t stop anyone.

The 11th team in the championship, which debuted in Formula 1 only this year, also dreams of high results, even if it is still very far from that. So far, in the first 11 Grands Prix, its drivers Sergio Perez and Valtteri Bottas have not earned a single point, and Cadillac occupies the last place in the Constructors' Cup. However, the situation could have been somewhat different, and the American team could have opened its scoring account back in May if it weren't for the penalty Perez received in Monaco.

Still, the team's situation is somewhat better than one might expect, and it is gradually becoming an attractive workplace for high-class specialists. Its leader, Graham Loudon, explained how this is happening.

"I hope we have already shown everyone that this is a team with the boldest ambitions," he said in an interview with RacingNews365. "We are constantly striving for improvements, and I believe that this attracts good professionals.

Of course, everyone understands that we have to overcome difficulties, but in my opinion, many find this circumstance quite appealing. People want something new, and many are ready to take on a serious challenge.

I hope, among other things, we demonstrate that our approach to work fosters a good working atmosphere. Cadillac F1 is a racing team, and I believe that the best teams in the world are distinguished by the special atmosphere that promotes maximum efficiency. This is exactly what we are trying to create.

The task is not easy, but if we do everything right, then we will become attractive to many. As one of our managers said, and I agree with him, we want to build a team that everyone will want to join, that everyone who works in it will be proud of, and from which no one will want to leave.

If we achieve this, if we can create the best team, then the best specialists will be drawn to us. I hope that results will follow."
